If someone had told me that I would be in the same field for my whole career, I would have told them they were crazy. I'd get bored. I need change. Of course, working in the same field does not mean always doing the same thing. I've changed my roles many times over.
But one thing that has never changed is my need to teach others. As a matter of fact, I wanted to be a teacher my whole life, and now, here I am - decades and decades into it. I now realize - I am a teacher at last. I teach everyone that allows me to do so. I teach by giving advice, mentoring, influencing messaging, and shaping opportunities. My company, Bid2Win Consulting, is an extension of my life passion to mentor and teach what I’m good at.
My strength in business is as a strategic advisor in the areas of business growth. I have a passion for pulling together both situational and concrete information and coming up with ways to win. To say I think outside the box is an understatement. I ask lots of questions hoping to get everyone to extend their imaginations and come up with how to win. My motto: "It's all about the W!"

We help companies with all business development needs; from account plans, introduction to teammates/teaming, clients, strategic planning, and more. And then there’s mentoring and teaching others. That is the best part of all!
Strategy and capture are my passion! Both are fun, constantly changing, always challenging! My Father-in-Law, my role model, is a Holocaust survivor. He has taught me so much about living. He is totally a self-made man. Why do I mention this here? Because he has the tenacity, persistence and focus necessary to succeed. This is what he has taught me. These are three key attributes of being a highly successful strategist, business development and capture professional.
I've been in blessed to have undertaken and accomplished many things in my career so far. I’ve lived overseas for 6.5 years – what an eye-opening experience and did I ever learn a lot about myself and my place in the world! I’m a people person and enjoy working in collaborative environments. And I’ve been working in IT and Aerospace & Defense for over 40 years – and it’s been a blast for me. Now I can give back to others what I’ve been able to learn – how great is that! Bid2Win enables me to do that.
